Capital Ring – Section 13/15

Capital Ring, what is it?

The Capital Ring is a circular walk London route divided into 15 sections between Woolwich and Becton District Park offering some of London’s most beautiful landscape. The 15 sections cover 126 km (78 miles)  of parks, nature reserves, Sites of Specific Scientific Interest and more. There are signs around each area, so it’s very easy to follow the right path.

Stoke Newington to Hackney Wick (Section 13/15)

This easy-to-walk path is 6.4 km (4 miles) long and is dominated by the Lee Navigation waterway. Start in Stoke Newington in direction of  Springfield Park, where you’ll find plenty of spots with great views of Walthamstow Marsh Nature Reserve, from here the rest of the route follows the River Lea. Walthamstow Marsh Nature Reserve is a 36.7-hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest
